- Shipping is done through USPS (United States Postal Service) 1st Class/Priotiry Mail. International shipping is done through
standard US Air Mail.
- Please note that the estimated delivery time (to outside India) for DVD is available in the item description.
- CDs may take 3-4 weeks depending on the availability of the items ordered.
- Please note that depending on the items ordered it may take some time to procure the item from different suppliers.
- Estimated transit time (for DVD/CD please read above):
- USA: 1-2 weeks
- Canada: 1-3 weeks.
- Other countries: depending on distance 2-3 weeks.
- For residents of Iowa, we need to add 5% sales tax.
- Please note that, some of the items may not be available when the order is processed. We ship whatever is in stock and
apply refund for the items not shipped.
- If the product price changes by the time
order is placed or the product is not available, we may cancel the order
and the corresponding credit card transaction.

- No refund/return for items already shipped. If any item is found defective, replacement can be made (depends on the availability) upon receiving the defective item back. Customer bears the shipping charge for returning defective items.
