1. On receiving your request, Calcuttaweb will arrange to place the order to its associates and delegate a responsible Customer Relations Officer to arrange to deliver your product at the prescribed address with a special message to your family & friends.

2. Calcuttaweb will revert back to you with the confirmation of delivery.

3. Delivered product may not be exact replica of displayed images and may vary in shape or design as per the availability. Though all attempts shall be made to deliver the same product as displayed image.

4. You are requested to furnish all relevant details like name, contact address, local phone number, time of delivery, and the message that you wish to communicate at the time of placing your order. If you have preference for this order then please specify the same in " product comment column" in the order form before checkout. We will make best possible attempt to incorporate the requested change.

5. Cancellation to orders can be made 48 hours in advance. Refund will be as per our refund policy.

1. We prefer to receive orders 48 hours ahead of your scheduled delivery time, however orders received till 10 PM IST may be delivered on the same day if a special request is made.

2. We deliver on Sundays also.

3. We will attempt delivery of the items once. If the delivery can not completed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

4. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced from reputed local vendors of Kolkata & will be hand delivered

Delivery to PO Boxes and APO’s will not be accepted by Calcuttaweb.

On account of unavoidable reasons Calcuttaweb does not guarantee timely delivery in hospitals, military camps, cemeteries but shall endeavor to deliver the goods in desired place and time.

It is suggested that customers should place their orders minimum of 2-3 days in advance to avoid any last minute delays.

If contact details provided is incorrect Calcuttaweb will not be responsible for any kind of loss and will not entertain refund in such cases.

Calcuttaweb will strictly abide by Hospital rules for any delivery.
