1.Owner(s) need to disclose your list of properties which is more than Rs.5000/-

2. Owner (s) need to give us a saperate key if required.

3.Provide us the name of mandate who has the same key.

4.Minimum booking for service 6 months

5.Calcuttaweb will send the picture after each service.

6.Calcuttaweb will not responsible for any kind of robery or furniture stolen.

7.If needed your mandate must be present there during the cleaning

8.In case of co-operative flat we may need authorization for enter

9. Major and minor maintainences are NOT included in our cleaning service
